Fellows are paired with an older, more experienced believer to glean wisdom from their experience and perspective who are often someone from the same line of work as the Fellow. Mentorship allows the Fellows to express struggles, ask hard questions, and grow in their faith.
Intentional Discipleship
For the Christian, discipleship isn’t optional. Jesus said, “If anyone would come after me, he must follow me” (Matt 16:24). The Christian life is a life of being discipled and discipling others. So, not only do Fellows meet regularly with mentors who can speak directly into their lives and struggles but they also volunteer with college, youth, or local international students to disciple others.
